As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with different stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Your role includes supporting tools and software for daily operations, enhancing communication, internal staff collaboration, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business leaders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for new business applications and enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze and Optimize Processes: Evaluate existing workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead Projects: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and implementation of system configurations and customizations.
- Bridge IT and Business: Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams, ensuring seamless delivery of application functionality.
- Monitor and Optimize Systems: Analyze application performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate Training and Adoption: Design and deliver training programs and materials to ensure effective user adoption and empower stakeholders to maximize application potential.
- Support and Enhance Applications: Act as the primary point of contact for internal application support, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement
Requirements
Educational Background: Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in projects and business application support.
- Previous project implementation experience is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in enterprise IT applications (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, CRMs), SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and custom-developed applications.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to enterprise applications and business processes.
