Job Description
- Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, logistics support, etc.
- Assist project coordinators and engineers in the implementation and facilitation of projects
- Attend to call in customers, customers' enquiries and follow-ups via telephones and/or emails
- Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required
- Ensure upkeep of inventory records, project documentations and quotation and sales orders
- Work effectively with team members towards continued development of the projects
- Coordinating the project schedule. Project coordination support
- Additional ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or its equivalent or minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate and tech-savvy
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Any experience or certification in project management is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to converse comfortably in Both ENGLISH and CHINESE
