We are seeking a skilled BI Data Analyst with a strong business mindset and a mix of technical and business skills to join our B2B Sales & Marketing Data Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

· Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and convert them into Power BI solutions

· Automate reports to streamline data processes

· Perform data analysis to uncover trends and insights to drive business performance and support decision-making

· Provide Salesforce administration and technical support

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

· Experience with Power BI development and data visualization

· Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret complex data sets

· Good business mindset with the ability to understand and align with business objectives

· Experience with Salesforce administration is a plus

· Knowledge of SQL and/or Python programming is a plus

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Manage Regional Service Parts inventory and ordering activities.

Develop appropriate purchase plans of service parts for new product releases and establish initial inventory to support new product releases.

Maintain service parts inventory at appropriate levels. Prepare regular reports for management review of inventory levels and movements.

Purchase and stock planning for all products for the purpose of generating monthly targeted sales and maintain adequate Parts stock level.

Manage service parts order processing activities; place regular purchase orders with various suppliers (Mainly Head Quarters).

Coordinate with Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor future developments that may affect availability and delivery.

Prepare analysis of alternative courses of action to optimize parts supply plan and initiate action necessary to correct unforeseen stock shortages. Contact suppliers to rectify any problems.

Coordinate with warehousing staff and suppliers, internal and external to Canon, to monitor delivery and Product Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management (QEHS).

Support/ Assist for Project basis activities for After-Sales Marketing/ Spare Parts Marketing such as Parts Inventory Optimization, Parts Channel Business Management, using Statistic & Marketing knowledge.

Plan & implement Regional Service Parts Marketing Action Plans, Parts planning projects and provide input on process improvements.

1) Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

2) Min. 5 years of working experience in the same field.

3) Possesses good knowledge of data analysis skills and proficient in MS excel would be preferred.

4) Well spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Laser Beam Printer New Products Development Support

- Cooperate with Cleint and CANON HQ. to achieve the development of new products on both engines and catridges

- Investigation on problems relating Client testings and conduct measurements required for development

- Conducting rework engines or cartridges when needed

- Connect and report between Client & CANON HQ, relating schedule, concept and technical issues for each programs

Current Products Quality Support

- Cooperate with Client and CANON HQ to confirm the status of quality issues and to solve

- Report status to CANON HQ on urgent issues

- Connect communications between Client and CANON HQ.

Market survey for New Products Development

- Conduct market research when necessary

- Cooperate with other optimal sections of CSPL internally or other Canon group companies for each cases

- Report results to CANON HQ

Job Requirements

•  Minimum 10 years working experience.
•  Minimum 10 years printer related R&D experience.
•  At least a bachelor degree in Engineering, or a related field is required.
•  Possess good knowledge of R&D.
•  Good project management skill.
•  Strong organizational and leadership skill.
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across divisions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Provide cross-divisional administrative support relating to General Administration, Organizational Changes and Business Continuity

Strategic Planning Support:

• Support the Senior Leadership team in the organization’s strategic planning, transformation and change management initiatives
• Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities and risks that impact the organization’s strategic goals
• Analyse relevant data sets to extract meaningful insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies that may impact the organization's strategic direction
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
• Support in driving cross-divisional staff engagement initiatives, to cultivate a strong culture of camaraderie

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• Min. 3 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management and/or in a Strategic Planning Support role
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Data Analysis tools

Establish and execute regional communication strategy in Asia

- Support the Director to establish regional communication strategy in accordance with global policy and strategy as a regional corporate communications headquarters in Asia.

- Strengthen the Canon brand by raising its awareness and image in the region - increase visibility through advertising, events, sponsorship & corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Manage exhibitions and events

- Manage exhibitions and company events in collaboration with our business units.

- Manage sponsorship agreement with the external and its activities.

Manage digital platform

- Revamp our corporate website.

- Govern our digital platform including website and social media in Asia.

Liaise frequently with headquarters in Japan

- Discuss and execute global communication strategy with headquarters in Japan.

- Share directions and information from headquarters in Japan with relevant internal stakeholders.

- Report issues in media relations or any other communisations related to headquarters in Japan.

Requirement

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in Corporate Communications or related field

· Degree in Arts, Business, Mass Communications/Public Relations or equivalent

· Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese as this role will need to liaise frequently with headquarters in Japan as well as media and business partners in Asia.

· Excellent communication skill.

· Good event management skill.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
