We are looking to hire a Business Operations & Enablement Associate to support new hire onboarding, development/upskilling programs, rewards & recognition programs, process & tools documentation, and communications for our regional sales & marketing teams.
The role will report to the Sales Enablement Lead
You Will:
Develop and execute engaging and informative training materials, presentations, and documentation to bolster enablement efforts. Continuously update and curate training content to uphold accuracy and relevance.
Facilitate thorough onboarding programs for new team members, furnishing them with essential tools and knowledge for successful integration. Regularly refine onboarding procedures to enhance efficacy and streamline operations.
Oversee the internal intranet as a centralized repository for team resources and training materials. Maintain its user-friendly interface and comprehensive functionality to serve as an indispensable resource for the team.
Organize internal meetings and events to foster intra team brainstorming sessions, disseminate company objectives, strategies, plans and results. Work collaboratively across functions to ensure seamless event execution, encompassing logistics, agenda creation, and post-event follow-up.
Spearhead Rewards & Recognition initiatives to inspire and incentivize internal colleagues. Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively promote these programs.
