- Coordinate service engineers and technicians to attend service calls and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting and timely repair of equipment.
- Advise customers on proper equipment usage, maintenance procedures, and corrective actions.
- Schedule and execute preventive maintenance for contractual customers.
- Assist in Projects, and A&A works as directed by management.
- Maintain accurate records of service, warranty, and installation data.
- Train and mentor assistant service engineers and technicians on technical matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for management updates on issue resolution and team coordination.
- Contribute to departmental financial goals by recommending necessary upgrades and spare parts to customers.
- Enhance departmental productivity by identifying cost-saving measures and process improvements.
- Prepare service pricing quotations for repairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in the consumer/food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Product Knowledge, with exposure to CAD-BIM software.
- Capable of leading a team, making decisions, and work effectively under tight timelines.
- Proactive in updating and following up on task progress.
