Manage the overall delivery of the infrastructure project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.
Assign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goals.
Manage the specialist functions of design, engineering, procurement and construction, manage the interaction of various disciplines and multiple work streams.
Production planning, review progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and take effective remedial action as required.
Financial Management: Ensure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of both costs and revenue, take corrective action in line with CCCC authority and reporting frameworks and maximise the profit margin for the project.
Demonstrate leadership in risk management, compliance and auditing and ensure legislative, pre-contract and commercial obligations are met, including compliance with the relevant Building Code.
Stakeholder management: Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community and other external parties are developed and maintained.
People management: Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors and foster a high performance team with a positive employee relations environment.
Contribute to new business, continuous improvement and broader business activities
Arrange coordination with LTA and QPS and meeting with subcontractors.
Coordinate with headquarter and site team to obtain enough resources for the projects
Organize a proper project management team & plan to carry out the construction works
Submission of progress report to project manager, client and relevant personnel.
Ensure compliance with all authorities' regulations, which include BCA, PG, PUB and NEA etc.
Perform all duties in accordance with company’s polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.
Job Requirement:
Holds a Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or transportation engineering degree.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in construction industry
At least seven (7) years of experience with main-contractor.
Able to to lead work with counterparties overseas.
Possess effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and planned deliverables.

Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects by relevant building regulations and standards.

Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.

Oversee the planning, analysis, and recommendations in support of project construction planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules following the master and detailed work program.
Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities.
Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies that support project construction.
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management regularly (monthly/bimonthly)
Prepare and submit monthly, weekly, and daily progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of construction projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, timeliness, and budgetary/financial requirements.
Provide direction and mentorship to senior/project managers, and project, WSH teams, fostering a collaborative, productive, safe, and high-performance work environment.
Foster harmonious, positive, and sustainable client, internal and external stakeholders (e.g consultants, government agencies, public, subcontractors, etc) relationships and ensure their expectations, needs, and requirements are met and constantly throughout the whole project life cycle
Provide technical expertise to the project team throughout the project life cycle to achieve synergy, savings, and productivity.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Must have more than 20 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering works
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills and strong analytical skills in bilingual
Equipped with leadership skills in which able to lead the engineers in completing the jobs.
Able to work 6 days per week at the Site office.
Experienced in the construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m high, with deep basement structures.
Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills to lead a team of engineers and contractors while liaising with peers and colleagues from various departments. Possess the mental and physical stamina to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines/vision.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates given business communications
