- Develops and implementing document control processes and procedures.
- Manages document revisions and ensuring the latest version is available.
- Maintains document control database and files.
- Coordinates document review and approval processes.
- Ensures compliance with company and legal document management requirements.
- Provides training to staff on document control procedures.
- Resolves document control issues and conflicts.
- Archives and disposing of outdated documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Document controller in construction or similar industry.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller.
- Knowledge of document management systems and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Priority to those who have experience in project planning.
- Priority to those who speak both English and Mandarin.
