Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to drive business growth in both broad-based and Healthcare Logistics services. This role involves market research, prospecting, relationship building, sales target achievement, and implementation of logistics technology solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in analysing customer requirements, developing innovative solutions, and managing logistics projects efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key account managers to expand business relationships and drive revenue within assigned verticals.
- Develop and execute vertical business plans to grow market presence.
- Lead and manage workplace teams effectively.
- Create sales proposals and tender documents.
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation for business activities.
- Implement intervention strategies to improve logistics service delivery.
- Prioritize and review project management aspects as needed.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope and resource allocation.
- Monitor stakeholder requirements and ensure completion of activities.
- Co-create solutions with customers to enhance competitiveness.
- Identify and address gaps in logistics service delivery and supply chain operations.
- Implement technology solutions and automation to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- Min possess a Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or any related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and logistics project management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to innovate and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
Candidates should be resourceful, analytical, and adept at understanding customer needs to drive adoption of proposed solutions. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
