Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a senior project management manager to manage the Project management (PM) team and to drive the complex programs/projects, part of the control tower section.

Mission: by mobilizing and managing project teams and contributors, you will conduct projects from inception to completion, to reach the project goals in terms of quality, planning and budget.

Within an international environment, you will have to liaise with all kind of stakeholders and align your resources to the target set together with the business in order to meet the bank objectives.

Main responsibilities

§ Manage the list of CIB IT projects, collaborating with leadership across the departments and prioritize projects based on the business need.

§ Direct the work of Project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects

§ Act as point of escalation for the Project management team.

§ Create and develop a governance structure for efficient stakeholder management

§ Promote the project management service

§ Develops organizational project management capabilities through training, coaching, and individual meetings/discussions

§ Develop strategy for control and governance structures to ensure desired outcomes across the projects

§ Monitor and analyse project metrics and to propose improvements and cost savings for future projects

§ Ensure successful delivery of all projects against cost, time, scope, quality and security measures

§ Operate autonomously and handle large scale APAC/EMEA regional IT projects by understanding local regulations.

§ Clarify the needs of the client and translate them into rigorous requirement lists

§ Identify standard and project specific deliverables, key assumptions, follow and mitigate risks and issues

§ Anticipate early in the project any compliance / regulatory requirement and start informing stakeholders of such risk and measure their impact

§ Define, measure and report project KPI with right level of information

§ Identify right resource within teams and constitute / coordinate project team members

§ Report or escalate any important risk and issues to Sponsor and local management for appropriate action

§ Create, review or adapt when necessary existing processes to make them more relevant, efficient and optimal

§ Communicate to Sponsor any change with right level of information and manage to get his approval

§ Follow, report budget actual/forecast to project stakeholders and local management

§ Set relevant control in place to ensure that what has been delivered meets requirements validated

§ Manage and document the project hand over with production teams

§ Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies

Qualifications and Profile

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences, ideally in a CIB banking environment.

Technical

§ Experience in dealing with detailed IT Architecture in banking industry.

§ Practical knowledge in Network, Security, Data Center, Windows, Linux, Aix, VMware, Citrix, SAN, Kubernetes and Middleware components.

§ Exposure working with DevOps & Cloud technologies.

§ Familiarity in handling Cyber Security and regulatory projects.

§ Strong experience in working with tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

§ Understanding of software development will be a plus

Main responsibilities

· Executing Business Analysis & software testing best practices and Engagement of

Stakeholders across Front-to-Back functions.

· Responsible for all analysis of functional requirements arising from the requirements

of business stakeholders, business users and technology.

· Multi-tasking: Work in Agile – Scrum environment as a BA & QA. Should be able to

refine/groom future stories & perform BA tests within the sprint time-box.

· Managing the requirements and provide design options for the solutions available

and guide the team.

· Evaluation of alternative IT solutions and provide appropriate recommendations.

· Provide Payments domain expertise to help define a viable business solution,

working with the key business sponsors.

· Ensuring that the services delivered conforms with, and contributes to the

development of the business strategy.

· Assess the impacts on the project plans resulting from change

requests, adhoc projects, or technology issues.

· Coordinating with various users groups and interface teams and getting them on

board as interface services for various financial services.

· Managing stakeholders, risks, issues, quality, and project controls.

· Work closely with the technical implementation team in bridging the gap from

translating functional to technical details

· Involve in QA activities when needed.

· Provide functional Guidance to the Team, working closely with developers/Tech

Leads for assisting in resolution of queries

Professional Skills and Qualifications

The position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant business analyst experience

with banking IT systems (Payment systems and Core Banking applications)

Key Functional Skills

· Experience of working on Instant Payment-Europe region or any similar Real time

payment processing system or Payment Engine. – Must Have

· End-to-End payments system knowledge with detailed insights on payment file

format ISO20022 (SEPA) and SWIFT. Experience with payments field/value mapping

and validations. – Must Have

· Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub,

Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels. – Must

Have

· Extensive knowledge on payment life-cycle (Client <> Clearing) for High Value,

Mass & Bulk payments and Instant Payments. Also, experience on handling R-Msgs. –

Must Have

· Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration

testing of banking and financial applications. – Must have

· Break SFD & EPIC into developable stories for developers by creating linkage &

traceability of requirements. – Must have

· Should have high experience in creating Cucumber test cases (gherkin) & working

with developers in Behavior Driven Development (BDD). – Good to have

· Functional automation of Test cases using SOAP UI / Selenium and other

automation tools – good to have

Responsibilities

Administration

• Security door access management (including after-hours door access support)
• Oversee and maintain the overall office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable workspace
• Oversee facilities services & maintenance activities
• Manage office supplies, office equipment and pantry supplies
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
• Manage business trips, hotel booking, temp accommodation and visa/work permits application process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless workflow
• Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
• Space mapping and planning

Project Management

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

• Work on complex systems and a challenging international work environment
• Degree holder with at least 5 years of proven relevant experience
• Highly analytic and detail oriented in approach with Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience converting highly complex information into clear, concise documentation (proficient in Excel- Pivot tables, Powepoint,…).
• Deliver the solution in the most effective and timely manner

Technical (Mandatory)

• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies

Other Professional Skills and Mind-set
