Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and supervision of assigned engineering projects.
• Ensuring compliance with project requirements, reviewing drawings for accuracy, and addressing technical inquiries.
• Engaging with clients to understand and interpret their needs (including site surveys and data gathering).
• Participating in project meetings and implementing follow-up actions.
• Developing detailed work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
• Reviewing engineering deliverables and initiating corrective measures as needed.
• Managing project changes, identifying potential crises, and creating contingency plans.
• Conducting quality control assessments and overseeing project handover.
• Providing regular project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitating coordination among various parties—clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, design, sales, production, warehouse, and purchasing teams—to ensure a seamless project handover.
• Delegating responsibilities and mentoring site installation teams (rack, cage, containment, and PDU), ensuring timely project completion.
• Reviewing engineering drawings and collaborating with the design team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Working with the site leader to train and guide the team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Supervising work-at-height activities and ensuring compliance with site regulations and safety standards.
• Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Preference for candidates with experience in data centers or familiarity with electronic/electrical projects and products
• Min of a Diploma qualification
