Our dynamic centres are located all around Sinagpore and we are looking for aspiring, mature and passionate Business Development and Marketing Assistant Manager! The successful incumbent can look forward to being part of the highly committed & fun-loving teaching team in their journey to uphold the high-quality early learning environment for our young learners.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development and Marketing Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of school-wide marketing campaigns in accordance with the strategy. The person is also responsible in conducting market research, management of key accounts or partners amd ensure the business plans / projects with would result in increase in student enrolment from the markets
Resourceful and analytical, he/she is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. He/She is also expected to lead teams and make business decisions independently.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing and/ or Business or a related discipline from a recognized University with at least 3 years related experience, preferably in the education industry
· Creative thinker, clear communicator, in person and in writing
· Strategic and analytical, able to spot opportunities to gain new clients and develop solutions to capitalize on them to win new business
· Ability to work within budgets and deliver results
· Quick to absorb, analyze information and able to present ideas with conviction
