Primary responsibilities:
- To deliver retail and PCS sales targets, without compromising the brand image
- Responsible for identifying and generating new project leads and sales opportunities through various channels and media in the Building and Construction industry, particularly in the Private House/Villa/Bungalow/Semi-D/Detached category
- To lead in sales negotiation, prepare and present sales proposals/quotations, as well as to liaise with internal operation teams for smooth execution and delivery of orders
- To establish, develop and maintain new/existing business accounts (Architects and Interior Designers) and effectively cultivating these pipelines to key accounts. This includes meeting new/existing clients to deliver presentations on company’s portfolio of brands and product updates
- To maintain proper records of sales funnel and update the team regularly on key opportunities
Secondary Responsibilities:
- To assist in ad-hoc events of the showroom (when required)
- To support the sales and marketing team on the implementation of marketing campaigns. This includes trade shows, promotions, events, etc.
