Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our dynamic expansion in projects, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who are responsible to support hardware, software applications and middleware applications used in meteorological industry. The Project Manager will be involved in supervising installation, upgrading and daily maintenance of the application systems, mentoring the team to ensure that issues are rectified on time and meet the desired Service Level Agreement. He/She will engage with customers of all levels, as well as working as part of the Software team.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the team to provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve problem related to the meteorological services software systems.
• Constantly monitor and review the status of the operational issues raised on the maintained software systems to ensure that the operational issues are resolved or work-around way provided in accordance to the Service Level Agreement.
• Lead a team of IT Engineers in the preventive and corrective maintenance, implementation and upgrading of hardware, middleware and application software, when required.
• Change Management of new business requirement to the maintained Software System by coordinating with development team to identify possible application solutions that make the customer’s business more efficient and successful.
• Measure maintenance turnaround performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the Customers, internal management as well as third parties / vendors.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive maintenance and project documentations.

Requirements :

• At least 10 years of experience in software maintenance or software development team, with 5 years in leadership capacities in leading a team.
• Possess strong meteorological domain knowledge would be essential in the understanding of Customer’s business operation workflow and ability to recommend good business process or work-around ways to Customer when issue happened.
• Strong knowledge of system and software design, software development and implementation could aid in the software development and maintenance for this Project. Experience with database management will be an advantage.
• Experience with Information system troubleshooting. A strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills will be of extreme importance.
• Familiarity with Project management principles.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Experience in leading and facilitating training to Team members and/or Customer
• Familiar with Agile development methodology
• Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field

Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our dynamic expansion in projects, we are looking for Electrical Project Engineers to be part of our project technical team.

Job Responsibility

• Design and development of Power Distribution Boards, Control Panels, UPS Bypass Panels and Battery Monitoring Systems.
• Prepare SLD, MOS, RA and site deployment plan for new UPS system replacement, modification and upgrading, customization and on site installation of AC/ DC power systems.
• Supervision of project sites and installation works, quality inspection, documentation as per ISO standard.
• Attend to client’s technical queries and technical proposal according to project requirement.
• Prepare for FAT & SAT documents for power systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on multiple brands of UPS systems such as Gamatronic/Astrid/ Riello /Eaton, DC charger systems and battery monitoring systems.
• Perform hands on installation and customization of power distribution rack with AC/ DC power supply systems.
• Perform firmware upgrading, system configuration and network setup on UPS, DC chargers and battery monitoring systems.
• Able to go from site to site for system setup and commissioning, power turn on and shut down, troubleshooting and on site upgrading works.
• To stand by 24/7 with rotation basics for fault calls and emergency respond in the event of power failure and system errors on critical loads.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferable in power industries, data center and airports environment
• Must possess class 3 driving license
• Proficiency in Microsoft office software, AutoCAD, TCP/IP network configuration
• Preferable to possess Bizsafe 2 and or BCSS for safety, ISO and audit purposes with good knowledge of work place safety and risk assessment
• Preferred to have hands on experience on handling high DC voltage, multiple brand of UPS systems such as Gamatronic/Astrid/ Riello /Eaton and usage of power measuring equipment such as power analyzers, impedance meters, clamp meters and leakage testers etc.
• Good knowledge of Electrical Power sizing, Battery sizing and Electrical Protection systems.
• Good knowledge of M&E related coordination works in Data Centers and Airport environment.
• Able to travel oversea within short notice period for technical support and fault analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize & liaise with sub-contractors on daily work schedule.
• Manage and report work progress to respective Project Managers.
• Coordinate with site agent/subcontractors on scope of work.
• Involvement in Turnkey projects inclusive technical design, calculation, site survey, procurement process, implementation, and documentation.
• Planning of schedule and liaising with customer on maintenance related work.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of electrical systems
