Mandatory Skills:

1. Contribute to projects / initiatives, starting from Requirements Gathering, Design, Solutioning, Functional Specs review to User Acceptance Testing and Live Verification.
2. Must have good working hands-on experience in data querying (SQL and such) and handling of data schemas and data wrangling.
3. Works in close collaboration with various Workstreams, UX Designer and Tech counterparts to elicit business requirements, supports the design and conceptualization of new requirements and visualisation, analyse all possible scenarios, and articulates impacts and risks, as identified, ensure consistent use and implementation of processes.
4. Review requirements to ensure alignment to design principles and information architecture.
5. Attend to user stories/requirements and work with Tech partners on solutioning and implementation based on prioritisation.
6. Join regular scrum meetings and user stories grooming sessions to ensure that enhancements are delivered accordance to business requirements/solutions and is within budget and timelines.
7. Review solution proposal from Tech team and provide effective challenge and counter proposal
8. Evaluate existing BAU process and identify areas that need improvement and propose options as solutions
9. Familiarity with Risk data and good knowledge of data discovery and lineage between data tables in ADA will be a plus
10. Maintain robust communication among all the stakeholders to ensure proper coordination and delivery of tasks and activities
11. Maintains all required documentation related to data flow, the design and process changes to a high standard for audit readiness
12. Adept at juggling between tight timelines, limited resources, and multiple deliverables. Able to anticipate needs and problems to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects and initiatives
13. Participate in various workshops from BU initiatives
14. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

The Business Analyst role provides support to business and credit users, assist users in translating business requirements into deliverables and handle business specific tasks in group-wide projects undertaken by the department from initialization to post-implementation BAU Support.

The Data Analyst role provide support in collecting, profiling, cleansing, interpreting, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns to gain insights and use it for problem solving or support business opportunities via Machine Learning or Traditional methods.

Technical Experience:

• Degree in Banking, Commerce or Information Systems-related field.
• 7 years experiences as business analyst and data analyst handling end to end delivery preferred.
• Product Owner or Scrum Master experience preferred.
• Excellent people management skill.

Role:

• To undertake business analyst and data analyst role in selected Corporate Credit Risk related projects and BAU Business Support for business and credit users from time to time as required.
• Special Asset Management Team to enhance/ support Enterprise-wide, Special Asset Management application, which includes digital memo approval workflow, post approval workflow, General Ledger Posting, Data Ingestion/ Curation, Dashboard and Reports
• T&M Credit & Credit Control Unit to deliver solution for post-event limit monitoring application which includes rule-based engine which will trigger breach notification, breach escalation workflow, reminders & escalation and Dashboard
• SME Credit & Data Chapter to deliver generic approval workflow to assess Potential Watchlist cases triggered by Machine Learning and/or rule-based rules In the capacity of Business Analyst:
• Understand how the Internal Credit systems work end to end, integrate/interact with other credit systems, product source systems and front-end workflow systems for wholesale banking relationship managers and credit risk managers.
• Define/ collate business requirements, prepare functional requirements, write User Stories and initiate User Requests (Request for Service) on behalf of the business and risk management / credit units.
• Recommend solution design considering pros & cons of available options
• Review business process supported by the credit systems to optimize efficiency.
• Plan for test scenarios, perform pre-UAT sanity checks and co-ordinate with end-users to perform UAT
• Conduct training for new and existing system related processes and functionality.

This candidate will be working on in-house application - digimarkets Wealth. The candidate will have to interact with users such as RM from PB, Product team, tech teams, UX/UI Designers.

Candidates should have Treasury Market domain expertise in Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives.

Note: Candidate has to discuss the requirements in mandarin and able to read documents written in mandarin too due to jobscope.
