Job Title: Regional HR Manager/Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Central Singapore
Coverage: Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Middle East
Salary: SGD 7,000 - 11,000 per month + Stock Options, Variable Bonus (VB), and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first Regiona HRBP hire for the Singapore office, reporting to the Beijing headquarters, and play a critical role in driving expansion across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
- Act as a collaborative HR Business Partner, working closely with key stakeholders in the Singapore office.
- Develop and implement HR policies and performance management frameworks to support operational excellence.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience:5+ to 12+ years of experience in a reputable tech company, with a focus on HR Business Partner roles and talent acquisition.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, business acumen, and industry trend analysis.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
