Job Description / Responsibilities:-

a. Meeting of potential clients to enquire and understand their needs;

b. Coordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule;

c. Submission of plans to relevant agencies for approval and arrange inspection;

d. Manage budget efficiently, knowledgeable in costing an advantage;

e. Ensure timely delivery and quality of work done for the project;

f. Key interface with the clients, obtain feedbacks and resolve project related issues;

g. Monitor and control cost, quality, resources, procurement and risks;

h. Assist to resolve all technical and engineering issues on site;

i. Knowledgeable in tender procedure;

j. Able to present during tender interview and conduct weekly meeting;

k. Able to prepare meeting minutes and conduct weekly meeting;

Requirements:-

a. Recognized qualification in interior design, architecture or equivalent;

b. Min 3 years experience in corporate office design and build project management. Those with relevant certificate an added advantage;

c. Able to interpret architectural / MEP plans and familiar with authority and building submission and safety regulations;

d. Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines;

e. Excellent project, presentation, leadership and people management skills;

f. Highly slef motivated;

g. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

h. Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Project.

b. Coordinate all aspects of the project works with relevant parties;

c. Monitor of quality, resources, procurement and risks;

d. Site surveying, measurement, documentation and proper complete report prior to project initiation;

e. Daily inspections to ensure proper quality check;

f. Inspections for work progress on site to ensure compliance with drawing;

g. Close site supervision of works to meet schedule and ensure timely completion of projects;

h. Assist to resolve all technical and engineering issues on site;

i. Maintain security and safety practices within the project site;

j. Attend all project related meetings;

Requirements:-

a. Secondary, Diploma in Project Management or equivalent;

b. Min 1 to 2 years relevant working experience;

c. Possesss strong problem solving abilities;

d. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

e. Able to work independently with min supervision;

f. Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Project as an added advantage.
