Responsibilities :

• Understanding the in-house Technical Guideline to support developers
• Supporting Developers and QCs as a Bridge Engineer
• Day-to-day technical support and translation of IT techinical documents
• Having a strong understanding of our in-house tools and act as a key support to clients and internal teams in the APAC region with a strong knowledge of IT system, which is mainly call center system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ yrs experience in project management within a software development environment with project roadmap, project planning, project deliverables, and team management (especially offshore teams and onsite teams)
• MUST experience in Microservice Architecture and Highly Availability Architecture for Enterprise Workloads
• Experience in Web development (web application & web services) with Javascript Stacks (Node JS, Express JS, React JS, Vue JS, SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience in cloud development i.e AWS, GCP
• MUST Knowledge of Agile or Scrum environments
• Familiarity with common project management tools (Jira and Confluence)
