Job Description:
1) Attend the project meetings and site meetings.
2) Prepare design layouts and sketches according to company design standards and client requirements.
3) Coordinate with client throughout the design process to discuss their needs and expectations.
4) Communicating with overseas manufacturers to develop design drawings, construction details, field reports document, produce construction documents on AutoCAD or Revit, freehand sketches.
5) Ensuring that the design meets all legal requirements and/or safety standards.
7) Any other work pertaining to projecst will be deemed to be inclusive.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Singapore.
- Proficient in AutoCad and Adobe Microsoft tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to review and analyse tender documentation independently.
