Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a robust customer base, with a focus on the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Utilize various channels to generate new leads and proactively engage potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and consistent follow-ups.
- Comfortably conduct door-to-door meetings, particularly in industrial areas where our clients are mainly from the manufacturing sectors, to build relationships with companies comfortably.
- Meet with clients to gain insights into their decision-making criteria, purchase decision-makers, and specific needs.
- Engage in industry events (e.g., exhibitions or talks) to represent the company, fostering new connections and exploring new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the unique requirements of potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Keep precise records of sales activities and customer interactions, and compile weekly reports.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline or a related field
- At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
- Candidate must be able to liaise with Indonesia supplier and colleagues.
- Comfortable with being a long-term resident in Indonesia, as we are expanding our market presence in the region.
