RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing the implementation of the Core Insurance System. To manage, analyse and be the custodian of end-to-end user requirements and Core system and peripheral systems functionalities; Manage Production Incidents of SAP systems to resolution.
The key responsibilities are:
- Implementation Plan: Assist in the development and maintenance of implementation plan and work schedule including managing issues, conflicts and interdependencies
- Maintain implementation timelines including tracking and following up with users on implementation milestones and deliverables
- User Requirements: Manage the collation and analysis of MSIG Singapore user requirements and facilitate discussions with regional IT/vendor on meeting the user requirements
- Conflict Management: Manage and resolve conflicting requirements within MSIG users and with system solutions
- Track Issues and Resolution: Track and coordinate the follow-up of issues raised by MSIG Singapore users, MSIG Asia and vendor, to achieve resolution of all issues
- Process and Workflow Reviews: Assist in process and workflow reviews with internal stakeholders based on system design
- UAT: Assist Test Manager in UAT execution
- End-User-Training: Provide technical guidance in the development and delivery of End-User-Training
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary qualification preferably with Degree in Computer Science, IT Technology, Business Administration or its equivalent

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably with insurance operational exposure
- Project Management Professional or equivalent (Optional)
