Responsibilities:
• Manages and leads a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.
• Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
• Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
• Work closely with the system team and ODM for the commodity qualification plan/IUR configuration arrangement and resource review to complete the qualification on time.
• Tracing the commodity qualification status and working with the engineering team for issue debugging and solution implementation.
• Join the core team meeting to communicate the commodity status to the system team and highlight the critical issues.
• Create the mitigation plan for shortage risk.
• Work with the system team / ODM and coordinate cross-functional team to arrange resources to achieve the urgent qualification request.

Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically, 4-6 years’ experience. (with Panel or Camera or Battery industry field is plus)

Knowledge and Skills:
• Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.

Roles and Responsibilities
Analyse Business Needs:
Assess the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) needs, scope problems, and develop comprehensive business cases to address identified challenges.
Perform user research, including interviews and surveys, to gather insights and map out user journeys.
Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in existing systems and processes.
Document and Evaluate Requirements:
Document detailed requirements, source and evaluate potential solutions, and recommend those that best align with MOM’s objectives.
Collaborate with MOM’s vendor and app vendors to clarify requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with MOM’s goals.
UX Design and Prototyping:

QA & Testing:

Educational Background:

Strong background in QA & Testing, including managing coordination with vendors and validating solutions against business requirements.
Proficiency in using prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
Preferred Skills:
Consulting or Business Analysis experience, with certifications such as the Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) being advantageous.
Knowledge of Data warehouse, Data virtualization tools like Denodo.
