Identifying and establishing new projects
Site visit for check compliance to submit all authorities's submission
Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations for submission of projects
Negotiating contracts terms and conditions
To plan and perform testing activitives as well as assist in the implementation of all required
technical solutions
Liase with sub-contractor and consultants for the execution of works
Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule
Attend site and progress meeting of the projects
Manage costs and time
Deal with potential risks
Ensure successful completion and closure of project
Check & comment on Sprinkler, Automatic Fire Alarm & Mechanical Ventilation plans
