- Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects related to Access Control System during project deployment from system designs, installation and commissioning
- Manage day-to-day operations of the project team, plan and deploy available resources effectively to ensure the projects are running smoothly on time.
- Monitor site progress and make necessary arrangement.
- Check and summit updated drawing accordingly.
- Monitor the operations of project, technically and commercially.
- Attend meetings and briefings by customer
- Properly handover to customer completed project
- Brief internal Service and Maintenance Team upon handover of completed projects
- Deliver projects according to schedule, client satisfaction and installation standards.
- Update and Reporting to the Project Manager and responsible for work completed documentation and follow up on quotations.
- Co-ordinate with customer, contractor, and work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Supervise and monitor progress of works on site
- Requirements
1.Diploma in Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering(Others) or equivalent
2.Good IT background knowledge
3.Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing for basic setup
4.Having PA & CCTV knowledge will be an advantage (Security / Communication Field).
5.Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
5.Able to travel overseas whenever required.
