Job Description

• Assist with administration within the Business Development Team.
• Support the EV Team on day to day operation and administrative duties.
• Analyse and report on datas collected from various departments.
• Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations for Business Development Team and EV Team.
• Point of contact in Singapore when the Team is overseas.
• Assist and sorting daily attendance and send out attendance report weekly.
• Assist in organizing business travel & accommodation (eg., Application of VISA, booking and schedule flight and hotel etc.).
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum with Bachelors Degree in Business or any related field.
• Singaporeans are preferred.
• At least 1 year of experiences with Project Coordination, Preperation of Tender Documents, Liaising with various stakeholders, and Internal Performance Analysis.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, Powerpoint & Outlook).
• Report generation with a good eye for details to ensure report accuracies.
• Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude & follow-up skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working with all levels of employees.
• Process good communication and written skills.

Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. Provide timely updates and suggestions to Senior Manager for timely implementations to ensure work efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange and task ground staff with instruction from Office to support site executions on projects.
• Control and Maintains project schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems in specific to manpower and materials / tools needed.
• Support in sourcing project material, tools, and equipment to support the start and during the course of the projects.
• Account and maintain the inventory of material, tools, and equipment of the projects before/during/after.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Acts as safety ground coordinator to ensure safety awareness and maintenance of the ground staff.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Only Singaporean to apply.
• With own transportation will be preferred.
• Candidate shall possess at minimal “O" – Level or NITEC Qualification or equivalence education qualification.
• Candidates with no relevant experience is welcome to apply. Candidate with working experiences to similar work nature will be preferred.
• Shall be fluent in English and Chinese Language, both written and spoken, to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders.
