Your duties as a Project Executive – Buyers Programme are as follows but not limited to:
- To assist Event Manager in overall management of buyer’s programme
- Coordinate and liaise closely with international buyers, partners and exhibitors
- Provide support in buyer’s registrations, email enquiries, buyer reimbursements as overall support to the buyers team.
- Coordinate with partners and hotels on rooming list.
- To work closely with our trade show contractors, buyers, delegates, and ITB Asia team to deliver a successful show.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma (or equivalent) in any relevant field
- Preferably 1 years of events management experience
- Experience in the Meetings and Events industry.
- Meticulous and analytical while performing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with international buyers.
- Efficient with good time management skills, ability to work on multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva etc.
