[What the role is]
You will be working on various design projects as an intern in the Project & Space Management department under Properties & Facilities Management.
[What you will be working on]
- Conduct research on various design solutions for NL Building infrastructural projects such as NL L1 Place Making, L5 Arts Collection Library, ad hoc fitting out works for offices and LKCRL gantries activation; which will commence in early 2024 and are to be completed before end 2024.
- To pitch ideas/proposals to relevant stakeholder, write minutes, document process and approvals as well as monitor timeline.
- To manage contractors for ongoing projects to ensure that requirements are being executed as per expectations.
- Other administrative support for the above projects and weekly project updates for Project & Space Management Department.
[What we are looking for]
- Students from Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management (Built Environment) related courses are preferred.
- Students with some experience in project management, architectural design, budget control are welcomed.
Duration: min 8 weeks
