[What the role is]
ACI is seeking initiated, and proactive sales candidates to cultivate its B2C business, getting adult learners to attend short courses and full qualification courses for culinary arts and pastry & baking.
[What you will be working on]
- Recruitment of adult learners (B2C) for ACI’s culinary and baking short courses. While marketing efforts will drive online sign-ups, BDE needs to hard-sell and cross-sell to existing learners.
- Recruitment of adult learners (B2C) for Full Qualification courses (certificate, higher certificate, advanced certificate, diploma, specialist diploma) who could be mid-career switchers or individuals re-joining the workforce.
- Manage related sales admin work of preview, enrolment, uniform fitting etc.
- Pitch in on new business opportunities (B2B) with employers/partners, to upskills their staff with training.
Successful candidates will be assigned a mixed portfolio of the above 3 revenue streams.
This role also involve handling of sales admin work, providing after-sales support and working with IT systems:
- Manage trainees’ entire learning process, from enquiry to enrolment and absenteeism, or leave of absence.
- Full qualification courses require conducting of course preview, uniform fitting, internships & job placements through existing B2B relationships. Manage internship/placement related matters including site visits and administrative matters.
- Business audit requirements.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration / Marketing / Food & Beverage.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and B2C sales.
- Must be self-motivated, initiated, proactive, good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Possess a strong customer service mindset
- Good communication skills
- Nimble to work with systems and technology (sales portal and website).
- Meticulous with strong administrative skills
- Candidates from the F&B, hospitality, education or training industry will have an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc)
