Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various projects related to corporate gifting, from inception to completion. You will work closely with sales, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Work with sales team to understand to develop detailed project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Supplier Management: Place orders with suppliers and logistics stakeholders to ensure that the projects are delivered on time
3. Team Coordination: Coordinate with teammates and partners to achieve timelines and goals
4. Budget Management: Track project expenses, monitor budget utilization, and identify cost-saving opportunities where possible.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project success. Develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and alternative solutions to address unforeseen challenges.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and change orders. Generate progress reports, performance metrics, and post-project evaluations for analysis and improvement.

Qualifications:

• High proficiency in written and spoken mandarin is mandatory as you will be working with suppliers from China
• Bonus: Past experience as a project manager, preferably in the corporate gifts industry or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
