Job Description:
• Overseeing the financial aspects of a project, ensuring costs align with the allocated budget.
• Monitoring project expenses and ensuring all costs are documented and controlled.
• Preparing reports that show the financial status of the project, including profit and loss statements.
• Analysing financial data to predict future costs or revenues for the project.
• Managing invoicing for project-related work and ensuring timely payments.
• Working closely with project managers, contractors, and other teams to ensure that financial goals align with project milestones.
• Provide insights into project WIP, collections, risks, opportunities and cashflow.
Job Requirement:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• With years of related experience
• Prior exposure to accounting for construction industry especially in M&E is preferred
• Familiar with WIP process and able to handle independently
• Able to handle high value project with 30million and above
