Role and Responsibilities

• Perform project planning activities and execute project implementation until closure
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
• Minimum 15 years of information technology experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience as project manager in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and/or hardware infrastructure setup
• Good client-facing and internal communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Must be willing to travel when needs arise
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Strong international project management experience
• Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus

• Must have experience in SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI.

The Business Analyst/Project Manager role in corporate technology is a critical function. The team is responsible for requirements documentation, project delivery, program management, domain knowledge, and collaboration with all teams involved in the software development lifecycle. The team covers all post-trade support including all middle office and back office functions: trade capture, position keeping, operations, treasury, finance, compliance, human resources, investor relations, procurement, etc. This particular role will be focused heavily on Regulatory reporting and compliance leading the MAS and supporting the MIFID reporting efforts.

Principal Responsibilities

• Project delivery of corporate technology-sponsored and business-driven projects
• Develop and document business requirements for regulatory initiatives including understanding the regulations and documentation of the interpretation and rules associated with the implementation
