We are looking for Administrative professional who enjoys working with people and managing day-to-day administrative operations, problem solver with great communication skills and detail-oriented mindset.
In this role the Administration manager will be responsible for addressing all office administrative needs of the Singapore office including handle all HR operations and the accounting files, with great opportunity to develop in the variety of administrative operations.
Key Requirements:
Preparation of monthly payroll & CPF
Filling and documentation
Support maintaining office environment
HR Management and support
Data entry, reporting and invoicing
Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Strong office administrative skills
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
Proficient in both Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel, and online communications like Slack
Possess Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
Team player & Highly Motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $5,600.00 - $6,300.00 per year
