We are looking for an intern in the Business Management team on a 6-month basis. Applicants looking for part time internships are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Drive solutioning for the automation in the risk and control monitoring processes.
- Partner with front office to drive solutions, improve business procedures and infrastructure.
- Review and work with the business and support units to improve processes and systems.
- Support business requirements in trading, new products as well as operational and business risks areas.
- Support trading and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve ad-hoc issues.
- Control framework governance for the trading desk.
- Prior experience or coursework in finance, economics, or quantitative analysis is preferred but not required.
- Skills in the Microsoft Office suite is preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confident in speaking with front office personnel.
- Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines.
