Job Overview:
This position works with our partner to manage Middle East operations of the business and new market entry strategy project.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and organize focus groups in the region to better understand the local customer andhow to improve brand awareness in the region
- Organize press, influencer and brand ambassador events
- Organize customer events in keeping with the educational and wellness ethos of the brand
- Develop relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, getting to know them and understand who the brand should target to work with longer term
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on the data capture from events (KPIs to include new customer leads, customer conversion rates, brand awareness etc.)
- Provide KPI reports as required. This analysis can be tailored so that there is value-add in addition to what the HQ finance team will be reporting
- Assist in the management of stock and logistics regionally
- Carry out site visits to ensure stock levels are as required / stands are in good condition etc.
- Organize secret shopper exercises and report the findings of these reviews
- Meeting with the regional stakeholders, PR agencies, distributors etc. (acting as the 'feet on the ground' for the brand; providing updates back to HQ as often as required
- Develop relationships and rapport with the company's stakeholders in this region to ensure that the brand is receiving the best service and attention to care and detail
- Managing the training of all ambassadors in the region
- Flexible to travel to Ireland and the UK to meet with other members of the team and stakeholders as required
- Run the UAE social channels in conjunction with the HQ marketing and social media teams
- Develop an operational handbook as the business develops in the region so that there are systems and processes in place from the early stages that can be developed as the business grows in the region
- Implement continuous improvement for all systems and processes during the initial stages of the business launch in the region
