What we will trust you with
- Sales conversion for existing customer and new leads
- Conduct outbound calls to promote our solutions and products (B2B)
- Handle incoming phone calls/emails and assist clients with their inquiries pertaining to company products and services (training will be provided)
- Maintain and update customer database
- Report to relevant Supervisor in charge for any issues
- Process orders from customers with proper documentation
- Work closely with Operations and Tech Support team to coordinate projects and accounts management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
What it takes
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 2 years of work experience is preferred
- Experience in leasing/ event management/ IT sales would be an advantage
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to details
