【Qualifications】

1. Over 10 years of experiences in business development within the shipping industry, and more than 3 years of team management experiences.

2. Possess plenty of industry knowledge and marketing experiences, understand

customer’s and competitor’s dynamics.

3. Familiar with financial management knowledge, including financial settlement, cost control and tax planning.

4. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills,and good at business strategy formulation, contract management, price negotiation, and market research.

【Responsibilities】

1. Familiar with market dynamics, expand new customers，

2. Collect, organize, and analyze customer information to support the development of strategies for clients，

3. Assist the business director in formulating work plans according to shipowner’s needs, break down marketing tasksand track progress，

4. Regular communication with clients, respond to client inquiries, conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and feedback, resolve client issues, and improve customer satisfaction.

【Qualifications】

1. Familiar with the entire process of crew recruitment, training, dispatch, and management, with a solid foundation in the industry，

2. Master the core concepts and skills of customer relationship management customer segmentation, demand analysis, satisfaction improvement, etc.，

3. Able to use marketing tools, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, etc., to
