Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Manager to lead and manage our vibrant co-share kitchen workspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving community engagement, and ensuring our space meets the needs of our diverse members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and facility maintenance.
- Community Building: Foster a strong sense of community among members through events, networking opportunities, and effective communication.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure the workspace meets financial goals.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Promote the workspace through various channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the workspace staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Member Support: Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations and stakeholders to enhance the workspace's offerings.
- Innovation: Continuously seek out new ideas and improvements to enhance the workspace experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivelant. However, if you do not have it, and as long as you can convince me you deserve a shot. Let me know.
- At least 5 years experience in restaurant, hospitality and/or hotel.
