Job Description:

· Constantly supervise, control and co-ordinate work according to Project Plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.

· Conduct frequent site inspections and meetings to ensure high quality standard of work and on-time delivery of materials according to schedule/design specification.

· Prepare/manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.

· Report to Project Manager, work closely with Designers, Contractors on timely project handover.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design/Engineering or equaivalent.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in site co-ordination.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Words/PowerPoint)

· Good communication and organizational skills.

· Highly self-motivated, good working attitude and a good team player.

· Independent with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Requirements

• Min NITEC/Diploma/Degree in engineering related fields

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Create, manage, and organize project documents, such as project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members.
• Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities. This may include creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and updating project documentation. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for the projects.
• Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports,progress updates, and other project-related reports for management and stakeholders.
• Preparation purchase order and quotation, coordinate delivery of materials, specification sheet and submission of samples
• Assist with preparation of tender submission

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry as a project administrator.

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial fitout industry.

3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Problem-solving and crisis management abilities.

8. Able to work with building management, landlord, inhouse designers, client designers as well as internal procurement team.
