Job Summary

Reporting to the Division Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, control, and closure. Job Scope

• Manage EPC projects ranging from USD 3 million to USD 30 million and above, ensuring high-quality delivery within schedule and budget
• Lead tendering activities for EPC projects, including developing strategies to win bids

• Organize proposal and project task forces, allocating resources effectively to meet project requirements

Job Description:

• Assistant to Project Lead to manage and coordinate with CSIS vendors or Citi business stakeholders inclusive of attending/ initiating meetings and all to ensure we meet the scheduled timeline, stakeholders’ expectations, facilitate on the testing programs for the newly installed security systems
• Conduct site inspections and assesses the condition of the facility as well as propose the necessary requirements per Citi Security Standards
