Provide legal advice and support to various teams, including drafting, negotiating, and managing contract documentation.
Engage with internal and external legal advisors to address and resolve disputes.
Prepare formal contractual correspondence to clients, consultants, and subcontractors, such as extension of time claims and other key notices.
Maintain comprehensive records of contract activities and provide regular updates to senior management regarding contract status, risks, and challenges.
Conduct regular reviews to evaluate contract performance, identify areas for enhancement, and optimize overall value delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 -10 years of experience in contract management in construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.
Legal knowledge and experience with contracts are preferred
Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
