Job Description:
The Key Accounts Management, Business Development Executive supports the development and execution of the offline, online and social marketing plans. In addition, he/she assists in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communication plans and any adjustments that are needed to these plans.
He/ she works in a fluid and collaborative environment. He/ she supports the basic intent of increasing brand awareness, converting sales as well as fostering customer loyalty.
To be successful in this job he/ she should be creative. He/ she needs to actively source for content that will assist him/ her in communicating the brand's values to our target customers. He/ she needs to be dynamic.
He/ she should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. He/ she should be highly resourceful and effective in communication. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact with the different stakeholders involve.
He/ she is creative, resourceful, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive digital marketing campaigns
- Select digital platforms in support of marketing campaigns
- Derive means to reach out to customers locally and oversea through the various types of Social Media channels. Including Pay-Advertisement.
- Produce contents for web, blogs, vlogs, e-newsletters and/or digital platforms' requirements
- To visit workshop floor regularly to capture presentable photos shot of craftsmen in action, production in progress, final product.
- Conduct keyword research, web-traffic monitoring, bit-bite and web statistics reporting
- Responsible for the creation and broadcasting of Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs) to clients
- Manage the Managing Director’s and Company’s social media accounts
- Liaising with relevant vendors for the revamp and upkeep of the Company’s website
- To update Products Catalogue and Company profile
Drive social media marketing campaigns
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Plan contents for social media platforms
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and interest in the brand
- Review and handle comments on social media platforms
- Use social media tools and techniques for a range of marketing activities
Achieve Sales & Deliver Service Excellence
- Support sales team to sell company’s products and services
- Assist the Managing Director to research, source and reach out to new markets & customers
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Engage current customers on the company’s new products
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and contracts with clients
- Respond to service challenges & handle correspondence with customers
- Establish and prepare all customer proposals, contracts and any further documentation
- Provide timely updates to customer on the progress of their order
Deliver Operations Excellence
- Work closely with the Design team to adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
- Receive orders from clients and ensure that all technical specifications are correct before issuing order to the Operations team
- Advise Managing Director of client feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as company performance
- Advise Marketing department on the company’s brand performance base on feedback from customers
Branding
- Develop meaningful brand collaterals
- Provide artistic direction for the development of photography and videography content
- Ensure consistent content across all marketing and branding collaterals
- Systematic archive of marketing materials and photos
- Ensure branding is consistent throughout the organization
- To assist with any marketing related requirements for events (i.e. exhibitions, networking sessions (local & overseas), press release)
Administrative Tasks
- Support the Managing Director’s daily activities and assist with the arrangement of work-related lifestyle activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management / Marketing, or any relevant field of study
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
