The candidate will report to the Project Managers and Engineers for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work in Dec 2024. Your work location will be at Tuas South, working Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm , you will take turns to have off day rotation among the project team. This role is available due to a year end power standby project.

About the role

• Reservation of hotel rooms
• Any Adhoc task require
• Overtime is required and will be paid accordingly

Programme Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare Overall Schedule based on programme information.

About the role

As our Facilities Management Project Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient management of building projects, term contracts, and maintenance initiatives. In this position, you’ll be instrumental in handling tender processes, project oversight, and contract administration to ensure quality and compliance across our portfolio. What you will be doing:

• Manage building, mechanical, and electrical projects, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure all works are on track.

Roles & Responsibilities

To assist the Project Manager in implementing the safety management system to ensure staff and workers work in a safe and healthy environment.

To assist the Project Manager in implementing the permit to work system and to stop & report to the project manager any incompatible works relating to the same.

To act as the secretary of the Project WSH Committee and chair the meeting such that the staff and subcontractors are aware of the site activities and the required actions.
