Job Description

• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,200 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Director regarding project documentation, timeline tracking, and resource management.
• Keep accurate project records and ensure all reports meet project criteria and client needs.
• Attend client meetings and help the Project Manager with project coordination, including site visits as necessary.
• Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both the project team and clients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Export’s HOD and Management
• Responsible for Sales Management of Overseas Market.
• Build and maintain good relationship with overseas customers.
• To respond quickly to customers’ request and ensure good follow up on the activities with customers.
• Attend to customers’ enquiry and develop new and potential customers.
• Manage customers’ payment collection.
• Gathering market information, competitor analysis, sales forecast and sales report.
