Job Description & Requirements

• Report to and support Account Director & Manager to maintain, develop and grow existing and new client accounts.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Directors
• Able to analyse clients’ needs and understand client goals and provide relevant support and advices.
• Ensure project meet deadlines and match client expectations
• Coordinate with internal creative team and external suppliers to align on project tasks
• Maintain the consistency of the Company brand and enhance the brand value

Job Requirement

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• 1 - 2 year(s) of experience in account management, project management or customer service is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple client accounts
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
• Highly motivated, positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Hardworking, fast learner and able to work independently and in a team player in a fast-paced environment

Working Location: Labrador Park

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for executives
• Maintain and organize business documents, reports, and records efficiently
• Assist in coordinating and tracking the progress of projects to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to support business decisions
• Act as a liaison between clients and the business, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management
• Help organize business meetings, conferences, and events
• Support expense tracking, invoicing, and budget preparation
• Address and resolve minor business issues or escalate them when necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with clients and team members effectively
