The Project Executive is a key member of the Production Team and is crucial in ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction. He/She supports the development of the project fulfillment cycle, manages vendors, and ensures timely delivery of successful campaigns and activations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning of Projects:

• Document clients' requirements with respect to project concepts and objectives.
• Prepare draft project plans for internal planning of the overall project timeline.

Manage project delivery:

• Coordinate delivery of project outcomes in accordance with the project timeline.
• Highlight project implementation issues and plan deviations regularly.
• Troubleshoot project implementation issues and deviations from the project plans.
• Manage and liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute projects.

Post project implementation:

• Analyse delivery outcomes and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Report budget utilization and spending

REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE

1. Preferably 2 years’ experience in onsite delivery of events or exhibition projects.
2. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant disciplines.
3. Must be bilingual and comfortable conversing in both English and Mandarin.
4. Possess a sense of responsibility and commitment to project delivery.
