• Join project kick-off meeting with the client
• Attend the tender meeting if required
• Study & understand design received from the client
• Work with the project team to get site measurements
• Prepare technical drawings of brand fixtures and overall store
• Prepare elevations and 3Ds
• Work closely with brands to finalize all drawings
• Design education background
• Able to draw on Autocad or Sketchup or AI
• Ability to use 3D software
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma in Interior Design
• 2 years experience in the interior design field
• Local preferred

Job Responsibilities

• To clinch sales projects and meet sales quota
• To respond and follow up on sales enquiries
• To actively look out for new sales opportunities
• To participate in tenders and prepare proposals, tender document and quotations
• To consistently monitor project progress and coordinate with all departments involved to ensure timely project completion
• To verify accuracy of all billings (internal / external) and follow up with clients on payments whenever necessary.
• To prepare Sales Documentations at the point of handing over to client
• To assist Sales Manager to perform any other related duties as required

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in related field.
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence & vehicle (Preferred but not a prerequisite)
