• Drive the collaboration agenda within WPB as well as with other LOB’s, across the Region and in coordination with the Markets and the Group
• Facilitate best practices and collaboration across Proposition (EBS), Acquisition (EBS) and Product and Pricing (MSS)
• Set up and manage relevant governance to monitor progress and take corrective actions when needed to meet agreed plans
• Support the deployment of a regional cross-border strategy across origination, activation and customer life cycle management, in close partnership with the Markets and the Group teams; facilitate regional engagement and participate in projects where necessary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Asia), the BDM is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients.
