• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to project managers
• Research on best practices, techniques, and standards used in project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

The person will be responsible for

1) Prepare & compile Monthly Progress Claim for all the projects;

2) Prepare & submit Variation Order for all projects where applicable;

3) Quantity Take-off;

4) Assist in monitoring & compilation of all ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 documentation for Audit & BCA Accreditation;

5) Any others relevant task that maybe assign from time to time

Qualifications : Diploma in related field;

Experience : Fresh or 2 years relevant experience will be added advantage;

1. Develop and oversee comprehensive operational budgets that align with the organization's short- and long-term business objectives.

2. Conduct regular forecasting and financial analysis to ensure adherence to budgetary allocations and policies.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.

4. Develop and present compelling business cases, highlighting the potential impact of proposed solutions or initiatives.

5. Engage in negotiations with stakeholders and partners to secure mutually beneficial outcomes for the organization.

6. Develop and execute negotiation strategies to achieve alignment with business objectives and maintain positive relationships.

7. Review and formalize contracts or service level agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and objectives.

8. Monitor vendor and provider performance against contractual terms, addressing issues and providing feedback to maintain service quality.

9. Establish and nurture cooperative partnerships with external stakeholders to align on mutual benefits and organizational objectives.

10. Propose and coordinate strategic initiatives with partners, analyzing their impact on business goals.

11. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to align their expectations with the organization's objectives.

12. Negotiate and influence stakeholders to foster productive relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

13. Generate, prioritize, and pursue strategic leads through digital platforms to expand the organization's online presence and business portfolio. Employ the use of CRM systems to maximize outreach and efficiency

14. Identify and capitalize on new digital markets and customer segments by leveraging digital tools, and platforms to conduct in-depth market research and analysis. Utilize online data sources, trends, and digital customer behavior insights to craft and implement strategy.

15. Design and implement sales strategies and action plans, considering market dynamics and organizational capabilities.

16. Monitor and evaluate sales performance, proposing refinements to improve effectiveness and achieve targets.

17. Identify and evaluate potential digital business opportunities by building and leveraging online professional networks, digital platforms, and social media tools to connect with key stakeholders and industry influencers

18. Develop strategic digital business plans for new online ventures and emerging technologies to drive organizational growth and expansion

The aforementioned salary range will commensurate with the experience of the candidate and other factors which may result in falling below or exceeding the salary range.

• Offer quotes and address inquiries concerning motor insurance for clients and partners.
• Collaborate with insurers' underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for tasks like quotations, referrals, and appeals.
• Respond promptly to Salesforce leads and queries.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge of motor insurance and general insurance is an advantage.
