• Timely and accurate registration of shipments
• Update internal and external systems with shipment dataCreate freight bookings and verify forwarding documents
• Verify accuracy and completeness of forwarding documents.
• Coordinate customer bookings at both origin and destination.

What you will be working on

The key responsibliities include

• Working in scrum teams, lead in Sprint Design, Review, Retrospective, etc
• Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project
• Assessing, planning and prioritising product feature requests from business teams
• Project management and translation of business needs into system requirements
• Conducting User Reviews and UX testing
• Managing relationship with stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery of milestones on time
• Validating the technical solutions proposed by the development team

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in incentives management, Continuing Education and Training (CET), and/ or running CET schemes / pilots will be advantageous.
