· Participate in pre-sales processes such as defining the project scope and take part in client presentation.

Requirements

· 2 - 5 years of project management experience working on creative, development solutions for CRM implementation, eCommerce, CMS and mobile app

· Have prior experience with implementation of CRM solutions and integration with other systems such as point of sales (POS) system

· Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, successfully delivering complex technical projects.

· Strong technical background and expertise in a specific domain, such as software development and IT infrastructure

· Familiarity with technical concepts, tools, and methodologies relevant to info technology industry.

· Have prior experience in Data Analytics

· Familiarity with User Experience (UX wireframe) is preferred

· Proven organizational and planning skills and must be detail oriented

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong desire to learn project management discipline and the emerging web industry

• Identify and profile SMUs core competitive strengths and key value propositions to industry through close working relationships with all internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the set up and management of industry engagement platform(s) to facilitate and coordinate external partnerships with the University.
• Lead the establishment of a university-wide key account and database management system through thorough review of the Universitys current account management practices while ensuring the requirements and needs of the Office are met.
• Conduct, in collaboration with the Business Development team, industry foresighting and competitive landscape analyses to establish industry strategic priorities to recommend markets and sectors of interest to pursue.
• Formulate business and engagement strategies, to deliver innovative and creative partnership frameworks that broaden and deepen relationships and build strategic alliances that supports the goals of the University.
• Establish an industry engagement governance framework to support the Universitys engagements, including but not limited to negotiation guidelines, cost-benefit analyses, engagement checklists, etc.
