We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to own the sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, in the fast-paced and challenging sales industry.
We are looking for telesales/sales professionals with have the ability to conduct 50-80 calls per day and secure at least 2 appointments per day.
Job Description:
- Perform outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company's services
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Schedule and manage sales appointments
- Handle objections and negotiate with prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients
- Develop and present proposals customized for each client
- Ensure excellent customer relationships through regular follow-up and building rapport with key decision makers
Requirements:
- Hunter, No-Fear Mentality
- Resilient, results-driven and persuasive; able to work independently to achieve targets
- Prior experience in telemarketing or similar sales roles would be a bonus
